Ink selection

The ink must be pigment ink, also known as paint ink. This ink is a mature technology with good fluency.

Different manufacturers of ink printing results in color, fluency, fastness, there will be a slight deviation, it is recommended to use the big factory brand.

The ink seal has a shelf life of one year and is protected from light. It is recommended to fill it after opening. If the processing volume is not large, try to use small size packaging.

Machine maintenance

It is best to start up every day in summer, and if the test strip is broken, use software to clean it.

It is not necessary to remove the nozzle for a long time, and then clean it and then install it without ink supply.

Wipe the pump attachment felt with a soft cloth that does not leave the fiber after use every day, or wash the felt with pure water.
